Hand carved from real slabs of Jade. Jade rollers can vary in size from 4-6cm wide and from 12-20cm long.
 
Each roller will vary in size, weight and colour. Some will contain higher levels of white Jade than green Jade. This is still Jade crystal and does not affect the effectiveness of the Jade. 

Keep your Jade Face Roller in the refrigerator. Use on freshly cleansed skin alone or apply a serum or face  ~ before using. Apply gentle pressure while rolling jade over face to assist in sweeping away toxins and balancing excess fluid. 

Clean ~ Mix together warm water and a small amount of a mild soap in a bowl. Dip a soft cloth into the soapy water and gently wipe your Jade until it is clean. Do not scrub at it, as scrubbing can scratch the surface. Do not immerse your roller in the soapy water. Dip the cloth in clean water and remove any soap from the Jade. Dry your Jade off with a different soft cloth. Make sure to remove all traces of soapy water but do not immerse the Jade to rinse it.
 
Care ~ Touching jade increases the lustre and richness of the stone, so don’t feel like you have to clean your Jade roller every time you use it. Instead, wipe it with a soft cloth after using and clean it only when necessary. This ornamental stone can be damaged by some harsh soaps. Never use chemical cleaners on your Jade Roller.
 
If your Jade stone has come dislodged in transit you can resize the prongs by gently squeezing together and re attaching the stone.
 
If your Jade squeaks a little ~ just place a drop or two of oil where the prongs hold onto the Jade.

Returns
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless item is defective.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. 
Must not have any dirty marks, make-up or tan marks. 
Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Email info@inditribecollective.com.au to check you are eligible for a refund or exchange and to obtain the address for returns.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returnes for exchange or refund. SALE PRICED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE. SALE PRICED ITEM SALES ARE FINAL

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@inditribecollective.com.au to discuss and obtain address for return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
