The Etheria necklace is made from sterling silver with an 18ct gold finish, and uses a bezel setting to perfectly showcase its copper turquoise stone. Its delicate chain is 44cm long. Copper Turquoise is formed by combining turquoise with copper which creates stunning veins of coppery gold on the surface of the stone. As this is a natural stone that has been hand cut, each piece will be unique and have slight variations of colour and inclusions.

Care Guide

Remember to store your jewellery in a safe and secure place. Avoid dust, moisture and direct light to ensure your jewellery does not tarnish and discolour. When wearing, simply follow the golden rule “Last On / First Off’. Put jewellery on last so that it is not sprayed with perfumes and hairspray. Take it off first, before your clothing and before going to bed to avoid it being snagged or crushed.

Never sleep, bath or swim in your jewellery. Chains may kink, earring posts may bend, and contact with water, especially chlorinated or salt water is especially damaging to silver.

Sterling Silver may tarnish and oxidise. This is a natural reaction to chemicals in the atmosphere, heat and the body oils of the wearer. Discoloration can usually be removed by careful use of a good quality jewellery cleaning cloth. Contact with perfume, hairspray, chlorinated or salt water or household cleaning products should always be avoided. Silver is a malleable (soft) metal; therefore be gentle with earring posts, clasps etc as they can bend or break under excessive force. Gemstones can also scratch, crack or chip if dropped.

Should your precious jewellery ever become damaged or heavily tarnished, please feel comfortable to return it to your nearest Silver Shop store where one of our helpful staff can advise you of the necessary course of action to return it to its former beauty. We provide a cleaning and repair service for all our pieces, usually at a minimal cost.

As you know we offer a warranty for our products, however we cannot cover wear and tear over time and negligence. Jewellery treated with care will give many years of pleasure and enjoyment.

Some Silver Shop pieces require more care than others and it is important that you know how to take care of these special pieces. For example, there is a difference between jewellery that is suitable for everyday wear and other jewellery which is meant for occasional wear. There is also a difference between how you should clean a plain silver bangle and a pave-set stone ring.

In general Silver Shop advises against the use of commercial silver 'dip' solutions because they are unsuitable for cleaning hollow, oxidised, stone set, pearl or plated jewellery and can cause surface deterioration.

Following are some specific care guidelines:


Please be super careful when opening huggie earrings.  Huggie earrings release at the point at the back of your ear. To release the post, gently use your nail to press down on the post where it connects to the back of the huggie.  Do not try to force the huggie open by pulling the front of the huggie away from the back, this will cause damage to the post and hinge.


Usually suitable for everyday wear unless it is a fragile design. Can be cleaned with a silver cleaning cloth - more difficult tarnishing may require a professional polish (Silver Shop offers this service for a small fee).

Electroformed silver dents more easily than cast or stamped silver. Clean with a soft cleaning cloth - do not use silver dip as electroformed jewellery is hollow and it is very hard to remove solution from inside.

Refund/Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless item is defective.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. 
Must not have any dirty marks, make-up or tan marks. 
Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Email to check you are eligible for a refund or exchange and to obtain the address for returns.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returnes for exchange or refund. SALE PRICED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE. SALE PRICED ITEM SALES ARE FINAL

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at to discuss and obtain address for return.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
